Pros

Coworkers are good. Easy to get along with yet all secretly share disappointment with company

Cons

They ask specific employees to write here - they ask the ones who are happy or seem so. Since they have been asked, of course they are only going to write positive things Company claims to be about the team but there is little respect or team input. Input is asked for and then ignored. Micromanage everything - even people who have been in the business for many years and whose expertise could be of great value. I had high hopes for the new management but am very disappointed. Turnover is horrible. Morale is horrible. We are treated like kindergartners not professionals.

Pros

Coworkers, for the most part are great and passionate about their job. Good retirement plan Schedule is good/somewhat flexible

Cons

Company is very profit driven/sales driven, often at the expense of quality care to our patients. Management is not supportive. EXTREMELY high turnover rates for staff due to poor management. Management is unorganized, not employee or patient focused. It is all about "cutting costs" and "increasing census" Managment does not listen to reasonable employee feedback Poor raises, lucky to get any yearly rase or more than 50 cents. For nurses and CNAs Poor health insurance

Pros

- some flexibility in work hours - decent salary - doable on call hours - great opportunities for interaction and meaningful work with patients - good level of autonomy and independence - work with amazing and compassionate co-workers

Cons

- values profit over compassionate patient care - management is streamlined to a point that - no built in mental health days separate from PTO - changes in mileage reimbursement short change the employees - unrealistic expectations - unreasonable patient to staff ratio especially for patient experience members (social work, music therapy, chaplain)
