      There is no pros for this company only a pay check

      Cons

      This company as just settle a lawsuit for not paying there staff correctly. State has come in because they can't staff patients. Correctly they hire office staff with unethical background and they lie to patient families about the care of service they will receive

      They care about their employees as well as their clients

      Pros

      You are not stuck in an office doing the same routine day in and day out. Working outside the normal allows flexibility to make adjustments to your schedule to allow for LIFE to happen when it needs to. Management not stuck in the "this is how we have always done it" quagmire. Open to new ideas to making our jobs easier and more productive.

      Cons

      There is a lot of growth, which is a good thing, but can sometimes cause a disturbance in communication with those down the line, leaving them to feel out of the loop.

      Guardian hospice. Very poor management at the local level.

      Pros

      At one time, Guardian hospice used to be a great place to work. I have no pros based on their current program.

      Cons

      The management there has run off more staff than I can remember, due to favoritism and double standards. Many complaints to corporate management but they do not care.
