      Unfortunate Situation

      Being able to manage an amazing team.

      Executive leadership- Today I was informed by my boss that they are taking me moving out of state as my resignation and I either find something internally or they will take it as a resignation on a set date. Mind you I am a remote employee and also others across the company do not work in the same states that they cover. Also my direct manager does not reside in any state in the region that we work and will be taking over my position. I have not formally or informally put in a resignation nor will I. I have requested written documentation around the call I received from this and have yet to get that and also requested policy documentation stating that it would be considered a resignation. This is demoralizing and also unfortunate. I have never heard of this in my life. It seems like if you are not a yes man for executive leadership even if it’s wrong or you’re defending your team this is what happens. I have not been and am currently not on any corrective action either which is more baffling.

      Toxic atmosphere

      Good salary and equipment for business development.

      Cons

      The West Allis, WI office has constant staffing turn over in every discipline. Service issues in the field are most often blamed by local leadership on facility partners rather than being fully addressed and working toward good future relations. There is also an atmosphere of bullying and pushing work off on co-workers with no repercussions or accountability.
