Pros

Strong clinical teams committed to patient care Opportunities for growth and innovation. Fast-paced environment with meaningful work when supported Competitive compensation (depending on level and department)

Cons

Leadership decisions are inconsistent and often politically motivated Lack of senior leadership support for certain divisions, especially those delivering high performance Disparity in how accountability is applied — some executives are protected despite underperformance Strategic direction shifts frequently, leading to instability and leadership has a track record of leveraging staff to build and launch new models, despite knowing that they likely will need to be eliminated later once the groundwork is done Communication from senior leadership lacks transparency, especially during transitions Talent retention suffers in high-performing teams due to poor transparency from senior leadership

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, and more importantly, for your many years of service to AccentCare. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience in recent years did not reflect the values and sense of purpose that first brought you to the company. It’s disheartening to learn that leadership changes may have caused frustration and left you feeling unsupported, especially given your long-standing commitment and contributions. Your feedback around consistency, recognition, and communication is being taken seriously and will be shared with our senior leaders. While we can’t undo your experience, please know we’re actively working to rebuild trust and ensure our teams feel valued and heard. We genuinely wish you the very best in your next chapter.
