They will not adhere to your schedule. Expect it to be used for two weeks and then it's thrown out the window. Be careful with picking up shifts for them. They'll be so happy that you did then will harass you into picking up more shifts. They don't care if you've already worked 8 hours, you'll be forced to do 8 more if they can't find anyone else to cover the last shift. The miscommunication was beyond unprofessional. They'll call you while you're out on a shift and the clients get upset when you do that. They constantly change your schedule and then blame you if they forgot why they took you out of that shift and moved you to another one. The management at this branch is insulting. They will talk down to you like you can't speak English which says a lot to how they treat their bilingual workers. Workers who've been with this branch for more than 4 years have all stated issues with scheduling, HR management, etc.

Lack of proper training, lack of knowledge from supervisor/ managers on their own process micromanaging. Not patient centered. Money centered. No core beliefs or real morals.
