      Great hiring and onboarding

      Pros

      After applying for months and months at different companies, it was a huge breath of fresh air to be hired at AccentCare so quickly. From first hearing about the position to getting the final offer, it was only about a week and a half! The recruiter was beyond helpful and called me with updates ASAP. It left a very favorable impression on me about the company. Now that I’m hired, I’m confident that this resounds throughout the company.

      Love my job

      Pros

      I love working with the patients and getting to know their families. I find it a pleasure to care for someone who's life span is in it's expiring stage. I get comfort in knowing I took part in them being comfortable that I can help in anyway possible.

      Cons

      On this side I would say that the expectation of being an full time employee and don't make the 40 hours is a downside. I wish the company could find a way for Hospice Aides to make their 40 hours per week. But I do love what I do.
