Pros

Pay is good when you have alot of patients in your schedule

Cons

Will cut your patient load or just give you 2-4 a day and then cut your benefits. I was recruited from out of state and have to beg for work at least 3x/ year.... Luckily you can save for rainy days with this pay but i wouldnt trust management in the slightest.

Thank you for sharing your experience, although it was not up to company standards I appreciate the opportunity to learn how we can best meet the needs of our team members and community. Although patients needs and census fluctuate we strive to be competitive in pay for all employees including those that serve our patients on a pay per visit model.

Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule with ability to start later in the day if needed. Despite the negative upper management side of it, I would recommend due to it being a better environment than a lot of clinics and with fair compensation packages.

Cons

Despite being somewhat flexible, it is also not very flexible at times. There are productivity standards that sometimes take away from overall patient care and coordination with other disciplines when focused on trying to meet the productivity standard or get called out by name in a meeting. I have been less than thrilled with the management changes since AccentCare took over with the merge. I wish that the therapy department still managed the therapists and that the therapists were not managed by a nurse who has no idea how home health therapy works.
