      Pros

      Longevity and the growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Working here has been a great challenge. I've taken on many roles with the company, some good and some not so good. Not so good, because I had to take a pay cut in order to stay with the company. Some good because I love what I did in each roll regardless of how much I was paid. There's always career opportunities. Work while your sick to stay caught up and mistakes are surely a no no.

      Thank you for your feedback. AccentCare has multiple communication outlets including quarterly “All Hands” Meetings, regular email communications, an intranet that is updated regularly, a quarterly employee newsletter, etc.
