      I enjoy working st the Plainview office because of our leadership and the relationship with our team.

      Cons

      Opportunity for raises with years of dedication. I'm a loyal employee and for the time I've contributed I have not had a raise.

      Pros

      Pay is very competitive I enjoy my team members

      Cons

      On call is hard to do when you have worked all day and have to be out all night as well. Even with the next day off, for some of us aging nurses, it can take several days to recover.

      Opportunities to promote or change roles; good mentorship among colleagues; flexible to life situations; roles are not micro-managed; reasonable compensation.

      Cons

      Switches out contract vendors (pharmacy, DME, medical supplies) too frequently; stingy on hiring office support (receptionist); additional roles tasked onto already existing responsibilities with a position.
