      I like working for Accentcare thy are flexible with hours specially since I go to college , people are nice , clients are nice they pay is not much

      Cons

      I’m so disappointed what Accentcare did to us , they close our petaluma offcice with our notifying us , beacuse management and SCHEDLUER quit , now it’s not fair for us caregivers , and clients is a mess right now office runs out of concord , and doesn’t keep up with schedules they don’t lets us know about available shifts ,they don’t send us our schedules

We have over 500 online and classroom modules employees can take advantage of regularly. In addition, we are exploring new training programs to provide added guidance when treating our patients/clients.

Sta-Home has multiple communication outlets including quarterly “All Hands” Meetings, regular email communications, an intranet that is updated regularly, a quarterly employee newsletter, etc. These are all designed to provide education awareness, unite and connect our employees and to recognize individuals, groups and lines of business who are exemplifying our mission and vision.
