      Do more for the front line.

      Pros

      Great clinical team in the field who makes it happen for the company...they turn the referrals to admissions then provide the care. Most truly love what they do which is why they have not left.

      Cons

      Mid/ upper level management is rewarded for the success made by the front line team. No bonus structure for those who bear the traffic, weather, irrate families , non compliant patients and unfriendly pets. . Decisions are made that directly affect front line staff without involving front line staff. They draw a hard line in the sand regarding their hourly or per visit pay, but let someone in upper management try to leave...then they suddenly find money to keep them on.

      Pros

      There are some great people here just wish Management noticed and appreciated them.

      Cons

      No raises, no 401K match. Leadership is constantly saying on the All Hands Meetings how great the company is doing but not willing to share any of that with the worker bees. Also, if someone leaves they dump that work on existing employees and do not replace them to save money and do not give ONE CENT more to that employee for doing the job of 2 or 3 people.
