Accentcare is the fourth largest home health provide in the country, with over 110 branches nationally, I enjoy knowing that I'll never have to leave the company to relocate out of the state. its also reassuring to know that you have a power house of a company supporting you. Accentcare takes the time to orient their staff, and takes a personal touch in training each team member to grow and succeed in home health. Staff efforts and successes are recognized by the entire team, as well as offer additional support when growing with the company. The Leadership team is driven for success and supports the staff both professionally, through a great office culture and upbeat moral building.

Cons

Accentcare has the same struggles as any home health agency. interdisciplinary communication can be troublesome, as each of us are often spread throughout the city. Accentcare's continued growth can demand a lot of time from staff who struggle to document quickly and/or efficiently.

Corporate theory on Values and Mission sound good.

Cons

Denver office management style is Care-less, Aloof, and disassociated with the filed staff. Just research the reviews for this office over the past few years. The fact that nothing has actually been done speaks volumes to this company's priorities.
