Pros

Helping others can feel very rewarding. Benefits for full-time employees.

Cons

Benefits are not great. Deductibles are high. Lots of turn-over. Low pay for what is expected.

Pros

I really liked the ladies at Accent Care. I was put through their training and had a job fairly quickly. It was a supportive environment where they would go over and teach you skills that you felt unsure of.

Cons

Extremely low pay. I was promised Health Insurance. And they do have it, but it doesn't cover much at all and you would have no coverage if you had more than a week long hospital stay. I elected to stay with my private insurance, Thank God! I ended up having my Gall Bladder out in early 2014. I was in the hospital for 10 days to the tune of $270K. I would have been bankrupted if I had gone with their BS insurance. :(

Pros

Some good people within company.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to what is really going on and just follows what they are told no matter what the outcome - sad!
