      Integrity, patient focus, quality, compliance, fairness, proactive, forward looking, ahead of the curve.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any downsides. It was the best company I have worked for in my long career.

      Pros

      I really liked the ladies at Accent Care. I was put through their training and had a job fairly quickly. It was a supportive environment where they would go over and teach you skills that you felt unsure of.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. I was promised Health Insurance. And they do have it, but it doesn't cover much at all and you would have no coverage if you had more than a week long hospital stay. I elected to stay with my private insurance, Thank God! I ended up having my Gall Bladder out in early 2014. I was in the hospital for 10 days to the tune of $270K. I would have been bankrupted if I had gone with their BS insurance. :(
