      Management doesn't listen to what is really going on and just follows what they are told no matter what the outcome - sad!

      Pros

      Steve Rodgers is a visionary CEO who thinks outside of the box. To some, that may be seen as “not in line” with regulations. Nothing could be further from the truth. As a clinical executive in the company it has been my experience that the company DOES adhere to regulations. In fact, the organization invests in a Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel to help guide its decisions and govern its actions. Our CEO seeks and relies on the advice of those positions to help ensure our compliance. I am proud to work for this company. Under Steve’s leadership, we have achieved an average 4-star quality rating.

      There are not many "cons." The company strives to execlence and is shaping the future of care delivery.
