      its a good company. your work will be identified and nice to work with accent care. so better to take the offer

      Flexible schedule, good management, clients are great

      Cons

      Hard to get hours, only pay minimum wage which is very low for the type of work you're doing. Hard to get ahold of someone outside of normal office hours

      Pros

      I love this job. There is so much opportunity to learn & grow if the want for it is there. Management is very hands on and willing to help in any way needed. The staff between offices do great at working together as a team to make things happen. It's a wonderful place to either gain experience in the healthcare field or to have a career in the industry.

      Cons

      It can be very demanding and busy at times, but that's is to come with growth in any company & is a sign of good things to come in the future. Benefits are a little more expensive than at previous places I have worked.
