Pros

Great place to work. Compensation is great, too. This is the first job where I've actually been a part of a team. I plan on growing with the company. I would definitely recommend them to friends! Also, staff truly cares about the patients!

Cons

The only downside to the job is the driving. This is just part of being a nurse in HHC though. They do compensate for mileage at a fair rate.

Pros

Good company with pretty good leadership. Leadership really cares about the mission of the company though most of the leadership in Texas is fairly new.

Cons

There seems to be no investment in administrative employees. There are no type of courses where one could earn certifications offered. There are no incentives for continuing education like tuition reimbursement or partnerships with educational institutions for classes and etc. Also there is no growth available for most employees. It's a dead-end company for most. Salaries are not up to par.
