      Love the People!!!

      Pros

      We are here for a good cause, healthcare of the elderly. The people on my team are amazing and I could not have asked for better people to spend this much time with.

      Cons

      We are a 10 year old start up company. Since mergers, we are still not streamlined or merged in systems or processes. The new executive staff seems to be more about money than the people. Really hurts the morale of those that put blood, sweat and tears into this place and away from thier families.

      Pros

      Company is committed to patient care, which is why I became a nurse. The company is willing to educate in weak areas

      Cons

      Has very little opportunity for Registered Nurses, most of the positions are for LVN. Company benefits leave you wanting something more.

      The Administration staff are dysfunctional in WA state

      Pros

      The clients are great. Meetings were held every Monday with case files for review for clients best interest. Company was willing to hire sales agent for more client to make match for care providers.

      Cons

      Heavily controlled by staff that is abusive. Management did not resolve conflict within office with employees. Lack of care for employees that were getting abused by other workers. They continued to hire more care providers with no clients, So care providers were hired but with out work.
