Pros

The pros are the same with all home health, you get to be out of the office, helping people that need you the most, where you are needed the most.

Cons

Productivity requirement can't be accomplished in an 8 hour day, then you get a reprimand for overtime. Office staff are back biting and gossip mongers. If you have a choice, work somewhere else.

Pros

Worked with great people and decent work life balance.

Cons

When THH was acquired by AccentCare the wheels fell off. To many structure changes and organizational reporting line. Too many management changes, no consistency.
