Worst paying job I ever had with the absolute highest expectations. Zero support staff in office. Extremely unorganized. Patient care was the last priority and making more money for the higher management was first priority. I will never again work for this company or again company associated with them.

Absolutely everything. Management is laughable, not engages with employees. Only worried about the bottom dollar. Turnover is crazy and change is happening all the time with little to no direction. Due to said turnover, nurses have caseload of 25+ patients and unfortunately the patients suffer from lack of attention. Unsure how they even still have their doors open
