Pros

No pros for working for this company besides maybe the pay if you can last long enough

Cons

Work here if you enjoy feeling like you’re constantly being followed around, badgered, and everything you do being picked apart under a magnifying glass by “managers” who are essentially just glorified baby sitters

Pros

None. Company was decent when Seasons was running it.

Cons

Caseloads for casemanagers is 25 patients a week. Everyone in office, team directors and especially the Director of Clincal Operations are all lazy and inexperienced. They dont care if you go into homes where you are abused by family, which you will. No education or support, let alone acknowledgement on how to handle homes with domestic violence and drug use. They undermine you and make you feel that you did something wrong. Team directors and Clinical Director are all new nurses, couldnt cut it at bedside so ran to office to undermine and put the nurses at the the bedside down. They will discourage you from asking for a raise. Low raises or time off allowed, if you get sick, your family or personal life will be brought up by managent, completely unprofessional. Those in office/managent does not want to continue education, nor want to give out raises. Some directors have 2 year degree with no interst in pursuing any further education and less than 5 years as a nurse. Its all about how many patients you see. They dont care about patients, they say things like “they are dying anyway,” if you ask for more visits for families you care for. Extremely toxic work environment. Was abused by management. Benefits are over priced. They cut PTO for new employees when they became accentcare, Oncall isnt really oncall. You are assigned 8-9 visits plus traige push all calls through w out triaging. Mandated to be “oncall” for 2 holidays!!! Burnout is high! Meanwhile team director has a 1-2 hour appointment everyday and your lucky If you get a break at all! Very sad for people dying. All about money, rather than providing exceptional end of life care.
