Pros

Have been working home health doing skilled nurse visits. This is probably the most disorganized I have worked for. Only thing going for them is their hourly pay $35 and overtime because they seem to have a high turnover so overtime is definitely going to happen because you are trying to pickup all the extra from being short staffed. Will probably pull over $100k as an LVN can’t complain.

Cons

Scheduling is a joke and communication is horrendous would be easier talking to a brick wall.

Pros

Pay is commensurate with national average for position. There is opportunity for nurses to move up into management positions.

Cons

Company is disorganized clinical managers provide little guidance due to lack of know-how. Systems are antiquated and cumbersome. At the branch level, this is a nurse managers club. There is little opportunity for advancement for non nursing staff, despite higher levels of education/credentials/experience. This company toots its own horn about being the most diverse company. On the contrary, there is a predominance of opportunities for nurses, females, and minority employees. There are less opportunities for advancement for others that fall outside of those parameters.
