Good learning opportunities depends on project

Cons

Worst hiring strategy They hire dumb people with zero background knowledge as senior employees. We end up doing their work without any extra pay. Lots of politics.Leaders bend the rules as they wish and when we question them they simply ignore us. Managers talk like politicians. People lie here.
