Loved the people. It was like family. The pay and benefits were great before things went downhill.

Cons

The direction they have moved in is very different from what legal clients wanted.

Great client-base, product line and customer assisting teams (support/ services/ training). Dev team is extremely knowledgeable, meets release dates and understands client-base. Marketing creates relevant collateral/ events. Newly designed leadership structure works well and management is supportive, experienced and advocates for employees and clients. If you show up to work with a good set of sales skills, structure is in place to make good money. If you're motivated to do more, there's opportunity to advance your career path. Fun sales team.

Cons

Additional headcount is needed across the board: Admin support for Sales to maintain pipeline creation/ close momentum. Expansion of sales, implementation and support engineer teams.
