No pay raises unless you are one of the few elite. No bonuses. Unrealistic expectations. Minor TAM annoyances become priority one bugs. Frequent layoffs due to financially irresponsibility. No employee loyalty. Code must written quickly, not well.

I was a loyal and dedicated employee of over five years. During my time with the company I was given feedback that I was an excellent worker and compensation that would encourage that assumption. It is always bad enough to be laid off, but without severance is tough, without a final paycheck within 24 hours {as required by law) is devastating. It has been three days and I sent a formal letter requesting my pay and received a reply they are working on it. They haven't sent my pay and it sounds like I will have to fight for what I am owed. Not a company I would recommend at this point to anyone.
