Pros

Easy work environment, true meritocracy just the way you would like. People that work can actually get ahead. Work vs home life is good cutting edge tech bit over priced lot of flexibility when things are going well

Cons

Cool workerbees,lousy management. No direction, nepotism, management turns blind eye to activities of favorites and concentrates on people that are actually trying to make a difference and actually trying, they derail them at every opportunity. Shameless.

Good Changes at AccessData

Pros

I have experienced a wide range of changes during my tenure at AD many good, some not so good. I must say that the culture, product road map and overall mindset changes over the last 9 months have me extremely excited to be a part of the AccessData team. New leadership at many levels with an executable vision and strategy coupled with re-investment in customer success and satisfaction has AccessData again poised to be the top company in the digital forensic and eDiscovery world; right where we belong.

Cons

There is no crystal ball. The changes are wonderful but new. Time is needed to execute them all. It would be great if there was an "on" switch and all was improved quickly but it does take time. If everything plays out like it has been explained, AccessData will be in an extremely good position by Q4 of 2015. Only time will tell for sure.
