HR and Delivery managers who takes final interview are bluff masters. The only thing they are good at is making false promises about better hike, abroad opportunities, Singapore transfer, job security, work flexibility etc. All are just bluffs to make you join the company
There is a floor dedicated to a project, Team Leads in that project claim themselves as Full stack devs, Tech lead, Architect, BA but they are highly incapable of completing simple tasks that even freshers can do
These team leads will try to judge performance in one or two days of your joining. They will ask you to work in new technologies that they themselves never heard about. KT is out of question as these guys themselves doesn't know anything.
Team leads are surviving only by taking credits from hard work by team members. Frustrated employees are constantly leaving the company, so attrition rate is very high here.
There are people who butter their supervisors, these supervisors butter their supervisors. This chain of butter makers portray themselves as star performers but every one knows the truth.
There are some people in top management without any designation.
Onsite scrum masters who work at client place are useless as they can never add any value to the team or project. Seems like anybody with H1 visa in US can apply for scrum master position.
As said in other review, people who are harassed are asked to leave the company. The person who is harrasing gets good name. Don't know how on the earth any company can allow all these. Well here they do. They humiliate resources openly, almost everyday. Nothing happens to them, HR & management deaf ears to these behaviours of delivery heads and leads.
The only thing project managers track is your billing hours. They don't even know what work you do, what others do. They simply smile at you if u put 8 hours of billing every day. You will be seen as a billing machine.
Most important qualification you need to have while giving interview is reference by SVP or VP. No matter who takes your interview or how bad you do, you will be selected.
If senior management people are being replaced suddenly then think about your job. Job security is ZERO here.
Client keeps this company at low grade, Its very clear by the way the client treats you when you go to their location and work. You will be a modern age slave there.
Appraisals are not processed in April, management waits to see how many are leaving so that they can process appraisal for others. Negative thinking and pathetic approach.
HR people usually in other companies help maintain good relationship between employee an company and here HR team is highly irresponsive to any of the employee concerns.
