      Pros

      When you don't need help, you're left alone; When you need help, you get it (within reason.) Benefits are solid. Company goals are clear. Opportunity to grow with the organization. I mean, I think it's pretty clear that I'm writing this to boost our GlassDoor score, but I'd only do that if I cared enough about the company to do so.

      Pros

      I am constantly learning about this industry which i didn't have any experience in. The ownership team gave me a chance however. Getting this position in high tech industry. Management seems flexible enough to allow for personal time when i have to go to my kids events.

      Cons

      Selling pressure- I guess I didn't realize the fast paced nature of the It staffing industry. takes getting used to.
