Unwelcoming work atmosphere due to senior employees

Pros

The presence of talented and bright employees helps me grow.

Cons

This company's work environment is very unwelcoming. and it's really a huge turn-off for me and most of my colleagues. Being in a workplace where senior employees themselves intentionally make you feel like you don't belong is a huge red flag for me. I don't see this company and its toxic senior employees improving any time soon.

Pros

Decent salary and benefits package. Happy hours were held often. Free snacks, sometimes. Fun games during company events.

Cons

Favoritism. Hours were long and not flexible. Poor quality of work overall because of poor leadership. Some very difficult individuals in upper management to work with. Very cliquey, stiff, and uptight 'suit' culture. Difficult to get promoted unless you are part of the 'In' crowd.

Pros

All health benefits and insurances were provided by the company including trainings and certifications, but you have to prove your worth first!

Cons

Competition was AWFUL, made employees resort to LYING and being FAKE so the can get ahead! The situation only got WORSE because management allowed to it to happen, only creating a toxic work culture!
