They are flexible. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to work. I love the job and have been here for over 5 years

Cons

The only con for me is the lack of health insurance. I believe they provide a reimbursement plan for full time employees but from my understanding it’s not insurance

I've created my work schedule and met some wonderful people. The CEO, Bill English, does a great job of reaching out monthly.

Cons

When I first started, case managers changed a lot; however, this has slowed down, and I've had the opportunity to work with the current case manager for, I believe, a year now.
