      Pros

      Product has the ability to make an impact in patient's lives.

      Cons

      Just about everything else. Poor quality management is widespread. Deteriorating company culture. High turnover. Very low morale in the remaining workforce. Creativity and desire to build a great product for patients is driven out of employees. You would think it should be difficult for a health care company to not be a fulfilling place to work. Sadly, this is a truly impressive feat of destruction!

      Pros

      Pretty easy going pace, lay back environment, nice friendly people that cares about making a difference to people's lives with cancer. Great technology and lots of smart people working there.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from the management, hostile firing of people and entire departments for the past 10 years, IT infrastructure is outdated with application team running legacy software for business apps.

      Very energetic and hard working team. People do believe in what they are doing. Salary is average for the function (service)

      Very poor life balance due to lake of resources Career path are not foreseen as fair by most Lake of recognition for management is not highly motivating
