Pros
I began working at ace a year ago. Within my first year we had a house fire and lost nearly everything. The staff came together and helped us more than my own family. My wife was consistently breathless because of the items that were pouring in for our children. Had to say that first. Anytime you start a job, and find that there is such a large amount of people who've been with the company for over 20 years, you've struck platinum. What's even more is, it seems as though a majority of the staff has been around for over 10 years. Ok, what's even more amazing, they are still smiling. The benefits are the best that I've ever had. Ace is extremely focused on wellness. I have never worked with people who truly like each other the way the Ace team does. You'd have to drag me out to get me to leave!
Cons
My con was, "Because it's an older crowd, there was a lot of "This is the way we've always done it." But with the new CIO, this has begun to change swiftly. So my con is not so much of a con anymore.
