No room for advancement, crappy hours, minimum wage, no raises, dirty/dusty environment, retail

Negative outlook throughout most of the departments. No desire to promote from within so they hire people from outside and give them more money than the current employees are making. Managment does not reward or acknowledge employees for hard work, just take advantage of them and refuse to give them more pay. Company culture and business structure is way behind the times and management is so 'set in their ways' they are not willing to allow recommendations for change. Bad overall experience!
