Pros
Fun gig and extremely easy money if you're an excellent driver. You get to drive tons of exotic cars and meet important people. You also develop much more confidence with your social skills. The Hyatt also gives us 1 free meal each day and the food is usually pretty good.
Cons
The job is exhausting and you constantly find yourself getting into non-ideal situations- whether it be backing in a gigantic truck in a small stall during a traffic rush, or being not being able to find someones car in the garage because one of your co-workers forgot to write down where they parked it. The company also pays you minimum wage, which is an insult based off what they expect out of their employees. You're required to be on-point 110% of the time, otherwise you may find yourself crashing a car or hitting a pedestrian. Therefore if you don't have patience, then you should not work valet, ever. You can work very hard and do an excellent job, but there is no advancement. It's very hard to find competent employees to fill the position, so the company's usually forced to hire morons who crash cars or lose peoples keys. With this being said, you're constantly being the face of one of your coworkers mistakes (and this is extremely common).
