Pros

Can’t say I have any complaints so far! My coworkers are friendly. Management is approachable and easy to talk to. The work is straightforward. Pay is the best I’ve had before. The learning opportunities are endless. So far I’d say it’s been a good ride!

Cons

The only con has been how much more difficult COVID has made things, but that’s the case everywhere so it’s not unique to Acero.

The company has a very dynamic environment. I had the chance to learn more than I expected. I found the company to be an amazing place to learn and develop professional qualifications

Cons

There is always something to do, which can be stressful. I would say it is not for everyone.

Hands-on leadership, family environment, great people to work with, benefits. I couldn't imagine working for a better company. Leadership truly cares about my family and my career goals. They have gone out of their way to make sure us employees are happy where we are.

Cons

Competitive pay but lower than surrounding companies.

Thank you for your review and thank you for your very positive description of our company. Even though we maintain that our wages are extremely competitive we believe that an “apple to apple” comparison of wages may be very difficult to do. For example, hourly wages without considering shift differentials, overtime, PTO, health benefits, 401K, uniforms, etc. is really an incomplete analysis. It is tough to look at just one element of the compensation formula but we all do. As is our practice, compensation increases have just been awarded to almost 100% of the workforce employed at least six months or more.
