Pros

This company values my voice as an employee, is open to new and innovative ideas, and is one that tries to provide change in all ways (people, ideas, product). Also, the people are so friendly and seem to genuinely care about each other. It is a private company but it feels like a much smaller family-run business! I enjoy coming to work and working alongside my coworkers and have felt challenged each and every day which has helped me grow professionally and personally.

Cons

There are still times where communication break downs happen and things get tough, however the company values employees working together to find ways to build each other back up and find new solutions to problems.

Pros

Management has an open-door policy and welcomes any and all criticism. If you have something to say, they want to hear it and if your advice is actionable (and good for the company) they’ll take it into consideration. I’ve been here for more than two years and I’ve always felt like management treats us all fairly and with the same consideration and respect that they expected from us in return.

Cons

Based on my experience at the company I would say the biggest “con” is just that management doesn’t always do the best job at communicating the why behind a lot of their decisions.
