Pros

AP offers employees tuition reimbursement for any skills you learn that are related to the company’s day-to-day business! It’s a great place for people who are interested in leveling themselves up on the job market. TBH I thought I was just going to join for a bit, level up and leave, but after being here for a full year no part of me ever wants to leave this place. I think I’ll just use my new skills to keep moving up right where I am.

Cons

My biggest complaint are the people who leave for whatever reason and then use anonymous sites to take out all of their pent up anger and frustrations on the company. If it wasn’t a good fit that’s one thing, but to blame everything bad in your life on AP is insane. I would say a lot of these people have bigger problems they need to address… probably with the help of a therapist.

We do offer our employees a number of opportunities to enhance their skill level and benefit from superior training. I have learned everything I know from working here. It was my first job. Working with the AP team was an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons

Cons

It can be tough at first to get into a good work rhythm.
