The people I work with are wonderful. I look forward to seeing my coworkers every day, and I appreciate the friendliness and kindness that people show each other here (even those at the top). Not a lot of work environments are this fun to work in, and it makes it possible to look forward to coming into the office every day.

Cons

It can get busy, but nothing outside of what the average successful company deals with.

Relaxed working atmosphere, good compensations and rewards for good performance. Good chances to be promoted and even build a career. Very cooperative approach. Internal mobility and horizontal growth are encouraged.

Cons

Some lack of structure / processes due to fast growth.

What is very reassuring about this review is the positive outlook and opinion being expressed by employees who have been with us for at least 2 years or so. Turnover is a killer to any business and with more people leaving jobs in 2021 than ever before stability is a key to business success.

Always new opportunities. New customers and new products, and meeting the needs of an ever changing industry. Fast-paced environment with a lot of learning potential.

Cons

It’s not easy. Mistakes in this line of work can impact people’s health. Deadlines are tight and sometimes requires more hours to compete work.
