We're sorry that your experience was not a positive one, however, we see your feedback as an opportunity to improve and, in that spirit, we would like to provide a response to your comments. I want to assure you that no member of the Human Capital Team or management posts reviews of the company on Glassdoor. All of the reviews on our page have been posted by others. We value diversity at Acero and, as a result, have a very diverse workforce and culture that welcomes all nationalities, ages, races, ethnicities and disabilities. We are looking for talented, hard working people, period! Our building is a work in progress and yes it will take a long time to complete. It is a very large project at 100,000 sq. ft. and when completed it will be the best precision manufacturing facility in the area and maybe the country As for our management team, we have chosen to grow our talent organically, which means that our managers are continuously developing and honing their managerial skills. Our managers do care about their employees and demonstrate this by investing their time and talents so as to enable them to be best in class machinists and technicians at all levels. All of our managers participate in management development training off-site eight times per year. We also encourage and support the educational aspirations of all of our employees who desire to build their knowledge and skills in the manufacturing industry. Finally, as for our uniforms, we are so surprised and sorry to hear that you did not like them – they are one of the first things customers and candidates notice and comment favorably upon! We think we have one of the sharpest dressed workforces around! Considering that we supply these to our entire workforce at no cost, we would hope that this perk was well received.
