Starting from your first initial interaction with Acero Precision - everything in the facility has a meaning or function. In my opinion, it is the cleanest and well-maintained manufacturing facility in the area. There are many growth opportunities presented to employees who are willing to work hard and go the extra mile. The company also invests in the well-being of their employees either by providing extremely nice uniforms at no cost or paying top dollar than any other business in the area!

I had a great time working at Acero. While there, I worked with the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team and the Executive team. The hours I worked were fair, the pay was what I expected for my position, the facility was extremely clean, I was treated with respect, the team was interested in my feedback, and I was given a variety of tasks that kept me engaged in my work.

Cons

Nothing outside of the normal cons when you work for a growing company.

Even though many of the reviews we read are from employees who work directly in the shop, our “back office” personnel (accounting, HR, recruiting, etc) play an important role in our success. It is always satisfying to confirm that an employee has been treated with respect and enjoyed their experience at Acero Precision
