I have been working at Acero Precision for almost 5 years. I came from having my own construction business to working here full time. I started out as a carpenter/maintenance worker and have worked my way up to the Facility/Construction Supervisor. We have completed 90 percent of the construct work ourselves and have subbed out very little. That is because of the talented tradesman they have assembled as the “maintenance team”. We have worked on million dollar machines, cleaning, changing out parts and making sure these machines look brand new. We have a routine schedule that we keep to maintain a state of the art facility. The Leadership Team wants perfection and we all like the challenge to make that happen. This is a great company to work for and I wish the opportunity came up 10 years ago. Yea!! I see myself here for 10 more years, as long as they will have me. We do “Whatever it takes”
