This company is a prime example of how not to treat employees

Pros

Clean environment. Many employees were very nice. Decent parking. Employees paid on time and checks didn't bounce. It's really hard to think of any Pros.

Cons

The owner is a bully who thinks the employees are the enemy. This company wins the prize for worst people I ever worked for.

It must be a very interesting career path when you establish a ranking system for the worst companies you have worked at. It may suggest that the problem is not the company. However, reviewing your ranking system it appears that we did very well except for the owner. The one person responsible for the facility, the workforce, the parking, and checks that don’t bounce. Bad paychecks - now that would be a company that everyone would agree does not treat employees well. And as you confirmed this is not an issue at Acero Precision.

Pros

Unlimited overtime, very clean.

Cons

All about image on how things look from the outside. Morale is low, they will sell employees with false job descriptions and advancements. Treat employees as objects. Fake behaviors. Easily threatened management, and a revolving door of employees that will make your head spin. The owner acts as a dictator, and won't look at you face to face.

We appreciate your feedback and point of view but we strongly disagree. Our job descriptions are audited by regulation on an annual basis for system compliance. It unclear what is meant by fake behaviors but the notion that our owner is a dictator and cannot make eye contact is just an unwarranted personal attack. These reviews are intended to provide insight into a company for job seekers. And sometimes the feedback can be severe and we will take note and improve. But it should never be personal.

The work force had some very nice people.

Outside of some nice fellow employees this whole place is a CON.

Thank you for your comments. We do have a large number of nice and qualified people who work at Acero Precision. We will continue to work a formula that has been successful since 1983 but when necessary change and adapt to make us even better. And please – watch it – language counts!
