Very clean and safe shop. Highly precise and technical jobs. Accommodating and respectful management that are in direct communication. Plenty of stable work. Also, race cars.

Cons

Could use more linear training process. Saturday shifts are scheduled.

You get that when the CEO and Founder is still fully committed to racing both as an owner of several cars and a competitive driver. Each year we focus on expanding and bolstering our training programs throughout the company. The company culture is driven by continuous improvement and the training of our workforce is a key element in our ongoing success. Yes, Saturdays are scheduled. And yes, Saturdays are usually OT hours.

Thank you very much for your review. It is hard to reconcile your “recommendation” and the low rating but we appreciate your feedback. Yes, we have cameras in the shop but I can assure you that our team does not have the time nor the inclination to sit and watch “all day”. Rather, the cameras which are probably standard operating protocols in most companies our size are intended to be a tool for safety and general compliance. And yes, we agree we are flexible.

Great facility with very supportive leadership team. A feeling of respect from all employees and staff. Many opportunities to grow within the company and learn new things.

Cons

All employees are expected to be on-site for every shift - no WFH, which some may see as a con.
