Pros

They sometimes give you free lunch every couple of months

Cons

You get treated horribly and managers are abrasive and rude. HR is the worst! They don’t care about their employees and they cover up sexual harassment by management and everyone in the building knows it. It’s a sick secret and women are sexualized and abused all the time. It’s a shame that this company treats their employees like this and the owners should look further into who they hired to run this place. It’s sick and twisted! They will do anything to shut you up and fire you if you have morals. You have to be willing to sacrifice ethics if you want to work at this company and they will fire you if you speak up. This is the worst company I have ever worked for and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Pros

Manager, Independence, Free lunches, Trust, Hands-on training

Cons

You are expected to do emails, notate accounts, and retrieve items from the printer down the hall, all while taking back to back phone calls without EVER putting any clients on hold! You have to stay logged into the phone the whole time, so a lot of clients wont stay on the phone while you are processing their requests just because you already got all of the verbal information you needed from them to make this happen. When they hung up, the next call automatically comes in, and sometimes you are way down the hall at the printer! You have to answer the call asking for their account information, but you can't even look it up when you are still down the hall at the printer, and not at your computer. You still have to notate the previous account when you get back to your desk, before you can move on to the current phone call. So you have to: 1)take back to back incoming calls and process requests 2)complete a list of outgoing calls 3)Complete a list of emails all without ever putting any clients on hold. Sadly, the job became impossible! Without identifying specific individuals, some management was intimidating, and some yelled WHEN YOU WERE ON THE PHONE WITH CLIENTS.
