Benefits good, team lead was the best

We strive to provide a realistic view of what it is like to work at Freedom Debt Relief starting from the first contact with our Recruiters. Our Recruiters and Management team discuss with new Account Executives throughout the interview process and into training what the job will entail. We provide each Account Executive with the leads and tools to be successful from day one and we have many long term employees who have celebrated 8, 9, and 10 years in our sales organization who have proven the model works.

Pros

They have decent health coverage, so there is one pro, I had to give them something.....

Cons

- Poor Management all the way around (very micromanaged environment) - Also those in management really should not be in their positions, do not have passion for their jobs, nor do they care about their employees - Really don't care about their employees (turnover is high for a reason) - No room for growth - The compensation is low, except may for management -

Pros

Can make pretty decent money your first 90 days

Cons

After you hit your 90 day mark, they completely shut off ALL decent leads. When you first start it’s like shooting fish in a barrel and they make you believe that’s how it’s going to be forever. Then just before the 90 day mark, they send you a survey and ask how you like working there. They harp on you about completing it before your 90 days. The reason is, after 90 days, you don’t make any money and you turn into a lead cleaning specialist. Then they take the leads that you’ve completed with information and give them to their favorite people. Office politics on steroids. I called out my manager on this and he swore up and down everyone got the same leads no matter who they were. Well that same manager no longer works there and we still talk. Just last month he told me 100% if you’re a new person, your leads are going to be garbage and you won’t make anything there. The only way you can make any money is if you’re working 80+ hours a week. Don’t waste your time.
