Freedomplus has lost their CORE values. They present them on the website and discuss it in meetings, but definitely don’t execute what they represent. It all starts with the employee who is showing up to work to work their business. We are treated as replaceable. I was let go for not having enough sick time to cover my time while I was out with the flu. I always over exceeded my quota. The beginnings of that company was amazing because they were exercising their core values. Now it’s all about money and control over their employees. “Act with integrity” I tried to contact HR business director many times and have left voice messages. in regards to my last check. I have not received a courtesy phone call to provide that information. It was a great chapter in my life to have been part of the freedom family, but thankful it’s over. For months I was very unhappy and unmotivated. It was effecting my mental health. Thankful that chapter is now closed and will move on to better opportunities.

Don’t be fooled by the “top places to work”. Heavy favoritism by management and not to mention this place was almost shut down by the Feds. Company is very disorganized and if you have any knowledge about the debt collection industry you’ll know companies like this are all for ripping off consumers and charging unnecessary fees. I was calling creditors and trying to get settlements honored from 2014-2015. I’m not surprised they haven’t faced another class action lawsuit yet.
