Pros

There are many opportunities for advancement from all positions within the company from Member Services, Sales, Coaches, Leaders, Supervisors, Sr. Managers, literally any position. Your growth is limitless. Achieve offers the opportunity to development with Grow & Learn classes, independent study, collaboration. Achieve is big believer in helping the communities it is not just in AZ, it is in any community that we are. We are granted paid volunteer time each year (they encourage it), generous vacation time ( it carries over), sick time, floating holidays, medical insurance, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, ADD, 401k, and many other perks that most companies do not offer. Those are minimal perks compared to knowing that our CEO & Co-Founder of Achieve have a platform that they take questions, feedback, suggestions, and really listen and pay attention their employees. You get acknowledged by them personally, and you truly know Achieve cares for each and every one of their employees like family. Let me give you an example. In October 2024 there were 2 hurricanes in my state back to back, and I thought my time would be unpaid, not that it mattered, what good would I be if I wasn’t breathing. I called and let my supervisor know the status of the current weather situation, and was informed not to come to work, prepare of my hurricane. As I began to say, “I want to come into work, I am fine for now.” I was told, “Don’t worry your time is covered and you would be paid.” I was out a total of 8 working days. The next question is did I have to use my time. No, ACHIEVE believes in self-care. Without it, you can’t perform at your best. . I truly wish that I found Achieve before 2024. I have been with Achieve for over 18 months, and it has been the fasted 18 months of my life. Achieve is the #1 place to work. I call it my home.

Cons

Honestly, I don't know of any cons. As soon as one is shared at Achieve in a meeting or on our chat board, there is a resolution.

Pros

•Work from home opportunities •Decent benefits (could still improve) •Holiday pay for mostly all holidays with the day off on that day or your choice of another day.

Cons

•Pay is not good, very low hourly $$ with barely any growth in pay. Merit increases are insulting $.10-$.35 approx (this is for someone with perfect performance that goes above and beyond.) Budget between departments is different and unfair. •No overtime pay for most departments even when working overtime. •Many employees have been abruptly let go(fired) and this still has not created a bigger budget for current employees. •Changes are constantly made to the process we follow that don’t make sense, are not explained and make things harder on employees(as a pilot program that can last months.) •Agents are moved around like a heard of sheep not knowing where we are going, and being involuntarily demoted to a lower department. •The company preaches the heart and the dollar sign but there is no heart for the employees, no care, we speak up and are not heard or given options. •Does not offer courses for development into higher positions. •Demotions are common regardless of being loyal to the company for years and you are involuntarily moved throughout departments. •Leadership is a fast turnover and you go through several managers and this discourages building trust or relationships. •Leadership is not attentive to the Slack chat used between employees when help is needed making work from home harder. •Company chose to make an astronomical investment in a Ai program called Cresta that has done nothing good but just replace leadership, making it harder on everyone! •No bonus’s (actually hush hush only some teams unfairly & secretly received one while others did not) WE ALL DID THE SAME WORK! •Took away the $100 Amazon gift card they gave yearly for Christmas that most really look forward to(the last two years) •No Christmas Party for the last couple years and zero events to celebrate and recognize the employees.

Pros

I've been at Achieve for over 7 years and genuinely love it here. The company culture, leadership transparency, and clarity on direction are great. While other companies may offer more perks or pay, the freedom, recognition, and work-life balance I have here are hard to find elsewhere. The people are supportive, the tech stays up to date, and there’s always room to learn and grow. Achieve aligns perfectly with my personal and professional goals and that’s why I’m staying.

Cons

No kidding, there isn’t much to complain about when it comes to working here. But if I had to mention something, I’d say I wish there was a bit more flexibility to travel or work from outside the country when I need to visit family. That said, the current policy is still pretty good.
