      Pays well * Students are phenomenal

      *lack of accountability on all levels * the professional development focused primarily on management and was not helpful to more experience educators *the school that work at barely have a consistent structure

      The school did not value my position, the priorities remain in the state test, and leadership micromanaged the staff

      Lot's of training and practice which is helpful for new teachers

      Cons

      Outside of the classroom, Teachers must partake in a unhealthy amount of "Professional Development". In my case, 30 min every day before school starts, every Friday for 4 hours and more. Teachers are over worked and not listened to. Quite cultish.
