Pros

The people I work with are smart, accountable, and we are all here to do what's best for our students. Achievement First works hard to train and develop its teachers and leaders, and staff members are giving the opportunity to grow along with the organization.

Cons

Although Achievement First is certainly working on this, I struggle to maintain work-life balance. The norm is to be available weekday nights and weekends, along with regular work hours.

Pros

Coworkers or nice, everyone is friendly, a lot of training. Prepared for the job. A lot of opportunities to advance through the network

Cons

Very long hours, no work life balance. A lot of meetings, sometimes to much pre-work. Usually work day is 7-4:15pm
