Pros

Fantastic people who are committed to excellence

Cons

Given the mission and the aggressive goals, it's a demanding place to work -- definitely some pros but can also be tiring

Pros

The AF schools are full of like-minded social justice warriors, who are whole heartedly there for the kids and the future of our world

Cons

The job can be tiring. But this is true of any teaching job!

Pros

You get awesome professional development and you learn a lot in a very short time. Data is constantly revisited so you feel like you can make a difference in the time you have. Employees are exceptional people who care about kids.

Cons

The long hours and pressure can take it’s too. Leadership knows little about coaching adults and it’s difficult to have a positive culture when you don’t feel that the people developing you care about you as a person.
